We're calling all mental health advocates, professionals, social workers, counselors, and volunteers to come out for a social hour!
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we're excited for this partnership between NAMI Metro Baltimore and B'More Clubhouse at Mobtown to close out the month with some festivities for the whole community to enjoy!
Come on out, enjoy a mocktail, have fun with some art supplies, and learn about local free mental health resources.
1 in 5 people live with a mental health condition. Mental health conditions are incredibly common. Many of our friends, neighbors, and family are affected. When we speak openly about mental health, we change the narrative, combat stigma, and help people know care and routes to recovery are available.
So bring a friend, grab a beachball, and have a fun social hour with us!
