About this Event
Each week we allow time to check-in on what issues are important to member, but we also learn a useful skill as a group to better navigate life. Although this group is moderated by Dr. Joy Jones, who is a mental health professional, it is not intended to be a substitution for individual therapy. At the close of session, there is often a mindfulness moment provided for relaxation and to gear you up for the week ahead. :)
