Build Your Leadership Toolkit - A Workshop for Mid-Level Leaders

Workshop Description:

Leading from the middle is a challenging, deeply powerful place to be in. The skills, practices, and mindsets that made us excellent educators provide a foundation, but there are unique ways in which mid-level leaders need to grow in order to truly transform teaching and learning at their schools. We invite you to join us for this two-day workshop focused on leadership and human-centered design. If you can only make it to one day, we understand and can ensure it will still be impactful!

Our approach to Professional Development:

We will start each topic with a grounding in educational research and theory so that best practices underlie all that we do. However - we know that learning, whether for adults or students, happens through meaning-making and application so expect the majority of time in these workshops to be hands-on, minds-on practice, and collaborative work time. We will provide tools and strategies to organize our work and thinking and will share different ways to extend the learning beyond these two days.

$150 for each day or $250 for both days; this includes light refreshments throughout the day and lunch
