November 18, 29, 20, 2025This free, three night workshop will provide a compassionate space to learn and talk about some of the most common challenges people face today, including anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, and the impacts of technology on our health. Together we’ll explore practical strategies for coping, resources for support, and ways to foster resilience and hope. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or looking to better understand how to support others, these sessions are designed to encourage open conversation and provide tools for emotional and spiritual well-being.
