Join us for Mental Health Matters, a powerful community event created by four local businesses united by a shared passion for mental wellness and the mind-body connection:

This event was born from personal experiences, trauma healing, and a deep desire to be a beacon of hope in the Parker community. Together, we’re creating space for movement, connection, and healing.

  Explore Parker-based services and resources that support mental health and holistic healing for you or someone you love.

  Grab a delicious bite while you mingle, connect, and wait for your class.

All ticket proceeds will be donated to Be The Good Ones, a local nonprofit helping Parker residents and their families thrive. Your participation directly supports mental health advocacy and community care.
