Who wants to go for a walk? Hi I’m Steve, the walk leader for Mental Health Mates Highams Park. It’s time to get moving, enjoy the great outdoors and find your we!
We are a peer support group where you can walk and talk, connect and share without fear of judgement.
We’ll meet at 1pm outside the main entrance to Highams Park Station, on The Avenue for a gentle walk to nearby woodlands and parks.
This walk is open to EVERYONE , well behaved pets are welcome too 🐾
And no need to book, please just turn up.
