This May, we invite you to join us as we explore ways to create moments of connection, joy, or other things that help you have a "good" day—whatever that looks like for you. That’s why, on Wednesday, May 20th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, we are hosting a “Mental Health Lunch Break” at Billericay Park in Fishers, Indiana. Open to the public and professionals in the mental health field!
Join us for free lunch and a wide variety of activities to support mental health and well-being:
- Create a flower bouquet for yourself
- Spend time with Therapy Dogs from Paws and Think
- Create your own Coping Skills Kit
- Intuitive Movement Yoga Demonstration
- Art Therapy Demonstration
Strengthen our community: Create more good days for Hamilton County by taking a lunch break on us, getting connected, and building strong relationships to create “more good days together” for Mental Health Awareness Month!
