Join us for an impactful session with Carl Binger, LMHC, as he shares his personal story of overcoming depression and discusses mental health within communities of color. Carl will introduce his book and workbook, offering insights on healing and resilience. This session will provide valuable tools and strategies for addressing mental health challenges and promoting overall wellbeing in marginalized communities.

About Carl Binger:
Carl Binger is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and couples, particularly those struggling with depression. Having personally navigated his own journey with depression, Carl is passionate about supporting others through their mental health challenges. He is the author of a book and workbook, runs a private Facebook group focused on mental wellness, and operates his own private practice.
