About this Event
According to Gallup, $47.6 billion annually in lost productivity due to absenteeism, much of which is due to poor mental health. 50% of full-time U.S. workers have left a previous job due, at least in part, to mental health reasons.
Leaders are tasked with both managing their stress and being responsive to the mental health support needs of their teams. In an ever-changing climate of uncertainty paired with the impact of high staff turnover, leaders need to safeguard their energy and reset. Porous boundaries, time management challenges, a never-ending task list, and a balancing act have left our best talent burnt out.
