About this Event
Whether a final-year student is contemplating continuing their education after high school or venturing into other professional development opportunities outside of college, there are many complicated feelings that they could be experiencing related to this transitional period. Between schoolwork, extracurricular events, hanging out with friends, and part-time jobs, students are also thinking of where they hope to be after graduation. Regardless of their chosen path or knowledge of what path they are choosing, students will understand and be able to apply the basic levels of resource management and wellness maintenance in adulthood after completing this workshop. Although all high-school age levels are encouraged to attend, this event has been designed for rising high school seniors and recent graduates to address key topics affecting students’ mental health and their ability to manage increased independence after high school.
