Join Pathway Resource Center for an impactful, hands-on Mental Health First Aid Training designed to equip adults with the skills to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health and substance use challenges.
This two-part training provides practical tools to support individuals experiencing a mental health crisis or developing concern. Participants will learn how to offer initial help, guide someone toward appropriate care, and respond with confidence and compassion.
