Come join us for a comprehensive 2-day Mental Health First Aid course right here in East London! Learn how to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis.
This in-person event will be held at the Portsoken Community Centre, 20 Little Somerset St, London E1 8AH. The centre is fully accessible and offers kitchen facilities and free Wi-Fi. The closest tube station to the centre is Aldgate.
While the course may present challenges, we prioritise creating a safe and supportive environment. Learners are encouraged to opt out during any section if needed, respecting their decisions and comfort levels.
