Not sure what to say when someone is struggling with their mental health?
Our 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 (𝗠𝗛𝗙𝗔)® course will give you the knowledge and confidence to support people in your workplace or community when they may be experiencing mental health challenges.
Just as we learn first aid for physical health, this course teaches you how to recognise when someone might be struggling and how to respond in a supportive and practical way.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
🌟 Spot early signs of mental health challenges
💬 Start supportive conversations with confidence
🤝 Offer initial help and reassurance
📌 Guide people towards appropriate professional support
💖 Look after your own wellbeing while supporting others
