Mental Health First Aid equips participants with the skills necessary to support someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis including thoughts of suicide. This training is intended for anyone in the community and will provide real world examples and tips on supporting through crisis.
Light snacks will be provided
Lunch will be on your own.
