Mental Health First Aid is a nationally recognized, evidence-based program that improves participants' understanding of mental health issues, reduces stigma, boosts confidence in supporting others during a crisis, enhances awareness of available resources, and promotes personal mental wellness.

Pre-requisite: A 2-hour pre-work self-study module must be completed before attending the full-day course. This is sent out prior to program day.
