Welcome to the Psi Epsilon Omega Mental Health Fair!
The Psi Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® proudly presents this year’s Mental Health Fair, “Rooted in Wellness: Growing Stronger Families Together,” taking place at Laurel High School, in partnership with EveryMind and Dynamic Healthcare.
This dynamic and interactive event is designed to support the mental and emotional well-being of the entire family. Attendees can look forward to a variety of impactful experiences, including a mini family boot camp, an expert panel discussion focused on family mental health, and thoughtfully curated wellness stations. These stations will cover key areas such as mindfulness, nutrition, stress management, sleep hygiene, and more, all aimed at creating practical, real-life strategies for everyday wellness.
The fair will also feature community vendors, local mental health resources, giveaways, a dedicated kids’ corner, and creative self-care activities for all ages. Every element of this event is intentionally designed to meet families where they are and provide tools that foster healing, growth, and connection.
Centered around this year’s theme, the event emphasizes planting seeds of wellness that strengthen individuals and families from the inside out. Our goal is to build resilience, break stigma, and empower the community to prioritize mental health as an essential part of daily life.
