About this Event
Mental Health Awareness High Tea
Join us for a Mental Health Awareness High Team on June 13, 2026. All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association, and we invite you to join us in this supportive, inspiring space where all are welcome! We will have inspiring speacial speakers, including Sue Belter, who will share her personal journey about overcoming PTSD, schizophrenia, and depression in her early 20s.
Tickets are going fast! It will be a fun, informative afternoon, with a chance to connect with others, a silent auction, delicious food and a warm, supportive community atmosphere. Dress in your best high tea attire or smart cassual--come and be a part of this special day!
In Canada, one in five people experience a mental health issue, which is 20% of our population. At this Mental Halth Awareness High Tea, we will create a safe place where you can grow, learn, and connect with others in the community, including faith-based groups.
