During this training you will increase your knowledge and understanding of the mental health continuum whilst exploring mental health, mental ill-health, and emotional wellbeing. We will explore how mental ill-health can impact upon a person and how stigma can hinder people from reaching out and accessing support.
We'll discuss the crisis pathway of support and how to signpost to appropriate services and information.
This training is fully funded to anyone who lives, works, studies or volunteers in the City of Sunderland area.
