While not therapy sessions, this is an opportunity to ask questions about services, discuss areas of need, and determine whether a provider may be the right fit for you or your family. Our goal is to make access to culturally responsive mental health care feel personal, approachable, and empowering — turning meaningful conversation into actionable support.
