About this Event
PMDD can have us feeling like two different people. Every month, when the premenstrual phase rolls around, suddenly we go from capable to chaos, put together to falling apart, steady to spiraling. It can feel like cyclical whiplash.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
Join Brett Buchert, PMDD coach, and Gabby Rivas-Feld, somatic therapist, to learn how to integrate all parts of your cyclical experience, including the premenstrual one. Through menstrual cycle awareness, somatic practices, and parts work, we'll explore how to navigate PMDD through the wisdom of our bodies and the compass of our cycles.
Menstrual Maps is a 2-hour educational and experiential small group workshop in Boulder, Colorado with time to learn, reflect, practice, and connect with one another.
In this workshop, you'll:
- Learn about the four phases of the menstrual cycle, and their associated inner seasons and archetypes, to build a lifestyle that honors cyclical changes.
- Explore how somatic tools and parts work can help you navigate PMDD symptoms and emotional challenges with greater ease.
- Cultivate self-compassion, balance, and resilience to feel more empowered in your daily life.
- Engage in a supportive space to learn, reflect, and connect with others who share the experience of living with PMDD.
All our phases and "parts" are beautiful, even our PMDD ones. Sometimes we just need to remember how to honor and love them.
Reserve your spot today and begin your journey toward relief from premenstrual symptoms and greater self-awareness! Space is limited.
