About this Event

We live in a world obsessed with goals, progress, and speed.
The pressure to do more, be more, keep up — it's relentless.
And when we spread ourselves thin trying to meet it, something quietly gives way.
We lose the thread. We burn out.
We start to feel disconnected from the very life we're working so hard to build.

How do you know what you truly want when you can barely hear yourself think?

To answer that — to know what you want, how to be happy, where you belong — you have to return to who you are. You have to return to your roots.
Because the deeper and stronger your roots, the clearer and more grounded every step forward becomes.

Roots is the space where we do that work together. Each month, we gather around a single theme from the inner life — Identity. Belonging. The stories we inherited. The relationships we keep.
We go in through conversations, through the body and through silence. Because some things can only be known when you stop moving long enough to feel them.

About the Men's Square:

Men's Square is a monthly gathering for men who are ready to have the conversations we're all thinking about — but rarely having.

We live with constant pressure to perform, provide, and push forward. But somewhere in all that doing, it gets harder to hear yourself. To know what you actually want. To feel like yourself.

Men's Square is the space where we slow down and go deeper — together.

Each month, we gather around a theme from the inner life. Through guided sharing, breathwork, and honest conversation, you'll explore what's actually going on beneath the surface — and connect with other men who get it.

No performance. No fixing. Just real talk in a room where it's safe to have it.

What to Expect:

Arrive & Settle — Come as you are. Cacao and coffee will be waiting. Feel free to bring your dinner to grab a bite while waiting.
Mind to Heart — We open with a gentle breathwork practice to help you leave the day behind and arrive — fully and honestly — in the room.
Guided Sharing — Through thoughtful prompts, we go beneath the surface. This month, we explore the theme of Roots: Who Am I? — not the roles you carry, but the man underneath them.
Brotherhood — Find yourself in conversation with someone who has walked a similar road. More than networking, this is the beginning of a friendship built on something real.
Leave Restored — Walk away feeling heard, seen, and a little less alone in it all.
