The Golden Gate Men's Shed Invites You to: A Day Out in Carmel-by-the-Sea
Ready for an adventure? The Golden Gate Men's Shed is hosting a fun-filled day out in beautiful Carmel-by-the-Sea. It's the perfect chance to escape the city, enjoy some incredible scenery, and connect with fellow Men's Shed members.
We'll be heading out on Saturday, November 8, 2025, for a full day of coastal exploration.
What We'll Do:
- Take a scenic drive along the breathtaking California coast.
- Explore the historic Mission Basilica, one of California's most beautiful missions.
- Enjoy a walk through the stunning natural beauty of Point Lobos State Park.
- Relax and refuel with a delicious lunch before we head back.
Details:
Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025
Meeting Point: We'll meet at the United Irish Cultural Center.
Departure Time: The bus leaves promptly at 8:30 a.m.
Return Time: We'll be back at the Cultural Center by 6:30 p.m. (Donegal-based Onóir are playing at the Center that night if you would like to finish out the day with some fantastic Irish music!)
Cost: The trip is $100 per person. This covers the bus fare and entry fees for both the Mission and Point Lobos State Park.
This is a fantastic opportunity to have a great time, get out in nature, and share some laughs with good company. We hope to see you there!
