The retreat runs Thursday Feb 5 through Sunday Feb 8 and is an opportunity to connect, heal, and grow in community. Thurs - Fri focuses on exercises to bring the group together. Friday-Saturday centers around individual work with the leader with the rest of the group supporting, using breath work and other tools to explore who we are, where we have been, and where we are going. Sunday we engage in integration work to bring everything together before we re-enter the world.Total cost is $800 including room and board, with a $100 discount for BIPOC members.
