What to expect?
We all have an idea of who we are, and in the next 5 days, I want to break that image you carry of who you are and allow yourself to recreate the person you want to be. This retreat will push you to your limits and bring you right back into your body.
There are many activities that we will be doing and some rest in between them.
Some of the activities are fire walking and ice bathing, which will happen every morning and every evening.
You are powerful beings, and for too long, we have been made small by people ,jobs and our own inner voice I will create the environment to crack and tear apart that limiting self you believe you are.
Meals will be amazing and healthy and with the option for a vegan selection with every meal.
