About this Event
This session will be facilitated by a member of the ANDYSMANCLUB team, sharing the story of the charity alongside personal experiences and insights into men’s mental health. Topics covered in this session will include:
- The journey of ANDYSMANCLUB from 2016 to today
- The importance of peer support and open conversation
- Men’s mental health and the impact of stigma
- How ANDYSMANCLUB supports men across the UK
- Lived experiences and personal stories
Who’s this session for?
Open to anyone aged 18+ interested in learning more about men’s mental health, peer support, and the work of ANDYSMANCLUB.
