Napier has a regular Men's GroupThis fortnightly men’s group is for those wanting to explore their emotional and spiritual wellbeing, reconnect with themselves, and communicate with others through giving and receiving support. More than a sharing circle this group will give you tools and practices to address the challenges you face in everyday life.
Each session is influenced by what is shared but will include themes such as:
Check ins that create safety and equality
Grounding practices
Conflict resolution & honest communication
Connecting to healthy masculine archetypes and energy
Dealing with your emotions
Reflection, ritual, and guided energy work
This is a rare opportunity to experience a men’s group held by two people – Brian Watson and Clare Babbage – bringing a grounded, non-judgemental energy that supports openness, safety, and truth-telling without posturing.
