Join us to connect over the shared experience of being a man. We offer this intentional space to allow space for truth, for vulnerability, for emotion, for sharing our experience, strength and hope with one another.
We begin with a short 10 minute meditation to bring us present into the space, and then take turns allowing the space to share, one at a time, without interruption and without unsolicited advice.
We come together to support each other in our journeys.
