Mens Empowerment and Wellbeing Project

Join Dads and Lads for their first Men's Empowerment Wellbeing Retreat Weekend on the 17th and 18th June 2023 at the Eastwood Conference Centre, in celebration of Fathers Day.

Take part in a variety of wellbeing activities such as swimming, tennis, football, aerobics and outdoor circuits, followed by engaging conversations around mental health and self care in addition to delicious food and great company.
