This will be an informal meet and greet over beverages. Meet other guys going through a similar situation, discuss some common obstacles, and learn a couple of super simple things to do immediately to improve how you're dealing with and feeling about the situation.
We often discuss these topics:
Emotional hygiene - How and why to practice certain kinds of thinking
Housing - How and why to create a home that supports your wellbeing
Self-Care - Self-talk, self-parenting, physical care, habits, self-expression
Communication - Techniques to listen and be heard fully
Relationships - Family, friendships, co-parenting, and eventually dating
Community - Making new friends, boundaries, priorities, purpose
