About this Event
With guest speakers Josh Kane and Cornelis Bennema, we’ll spend the day discovering how Scripture reveals who God is, the depth of His love for us, why we were created, and the purpose for which we are made. God’s Word transforms us into the likeness of Christ and equips us to live in step with His will. It also serves as our guide in every season — through challenges, temptation, and spiritual battles.
We’ll also enjoy meaningful fellowship and share a meal together.
Josh Kane is the Regional Minister at London Baptists. Josh Kane loves Jesus, music and football, and is known for his loud laugh and passion. He co-leads Mill Hill East Church, a community church focused on discipleship and helping neighbours experience the love of Jesus. Before working for London Baptists he had been working for Innovista as Mission Development lead, training, coaching and inspiring leaders from under-reached and under-resourced communities, having previously led several mission and learning initiatives across contexts.
Cornelis Bennema is Head of Research and Professor of New Testament Studies at the London School of Theology (LST). Cor is passionate about training and inspiring people to think theologically, critically and contextually in order to prepare them for service in the church and the world.
