About this Event
After more than two and a half years of guiding sound baths at KEW COMMUNITY TRUST , and joining over fifty men’s circles across Portugal, Poland, and England, I’m grateful to now offer this gathering from my own heart.
This circle is an invitation to come together in a safe, supportive space to connect, share, and simply be. Through open conversation, reflection, and presence, we create space for healing, insight, and brotherhood.
Our time together will unfold naturally, lasting around an hour and a half. In the final 30 minutes, you are warmly invited to stay for an optional sound bath session, where the soothing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal bowls will guide you into deep relaxation and inner stillness.
