Men's Burnout and Recovery Workshop (Penrith)

Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join our counselling workshop - Men's Burnout and Recovery. Join us for a practical, evidence-based workshop addressing burnout, designed specifically for men in caregiving roles. Learn why men face unique challenges in seeking help and how to break through these barriers to wellbeing.

This program provides strategies for recognising warning signs of burnout, managing stress, and building sustainable recovery practices. Through interactive discussions and client-focused approaches, you'll gain tools to reclaim balance and build resilience in your daily life.
This workshop will be delivered over three weekly sessions from 10:30am-12:30pm on Fridays 13th, 20th and 27th March, 2026. We recommend attending all sessions to get the most out of the workshop.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants). Participants may also be required to complete a well-being assessment to determine suitability and provide best supports prior to commencement of the group.
