Angela is a 200-hr yoga and 40-hr menopause yoga trained teacher and menopause coach. Angela will bringing a series of menopause yoga workshops to our studio - each based on a specific menopause symptom such as hot flushes or menorah. These workshops aim to use a combination of yin yoga, Hatha yoga, restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork and peer support to help you redefine your menopause journey.
Motivated by her own menopausal experiences, Angela wants to share how yoga, meditation, breathwork and aromatherapy can be used as part of your toolkit for navigating this natural state of life. The workshop is suitable for all women perimenopause or menopause.
