This special March gathering honours International Women’s Day, the nurturing spirit of Mother’s Day, and the fresh, hopeful energy of Spring — a season of renewal, growth, and new beginnings. It’s the perfect moment to pause, reconnect, and celebrate the strength of women in every stage of life.
Join us for our very first MYC gathering — an afternoon dedicated to rest, connection, and feeling truly supported through menopause.
We’re delighted to welcome @themenopause_mum (Jane), an experienced Menopause Support Coach who will be chatting openly about all things menopause. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your stories.
With her warm, down-to-earth guidance, Jane helps women move through menopause with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
You’ll also be guided through the yoga practices by your host, Georgina, who is passionate about supporting women in midlife and is so excited to welcome you to her very first event.
Her calming energy and nurturing approach will help you feel grounded, relaxed, and at ease from the moment you arrive.
