About this Event
Join us for an informative and empowering evening dedicated to understanding the menopause, led by menopause coach Claire Middleton and experienced licensed doctor, Dr Becky Howie.
This event is designed to provide clear, evidence-based guidance to help you navigate this important life stage with confidence and peace of mind.
You will learn about the signs and symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, what is happening in your body, and how to recognise changes in your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. The doctor will also discuss practical treatment options, including lifestyle changes, hormone and non-hormone therapies, and safe, effective supplement advice tailored to different symptoms and needs.
In addition, the session will explore how menopause can affect relationships, work, sleep, mood, and self-esteem, offering supportive strategies for communicating with partners, family, and colleagues during this transition.
Whether you are approaching menopause, currently experiencing symptoms, or simply want to be better informed, this event will provide trusted medical insight, reassurance, and practical tools to help you feel more in control of your health and wellbeing. There will be time for questions during the workshop.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
