To help people in Brighton and Hove not just stay at work but to thrive at work during and after their menopause it is important for us to support health and wellbeing at work. Supporting menopause transition in the workplace will be of great benefit not only will you help to reduce the impact of the most common symptoms. You will also reduce recruitment costs and retain skills and knowledge for your workplace as we know 1 in 10 women have left a job due to their symptoms. And we know “an employer who just actively promotes wellbeing in the workplaces is 8 times more likely to have employees fully engaged in their work”.
