Menopause... A phase in one's life that is not often talked about. Menopause can bring significant physical, emotional, and psychological changes that can be challenging to manage alone. This workshop provides practical strategies to help you navigate this transition with greater ease and clarity.
Led by experienced practitioner Helen McGillivray, the session will explore tools grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to manage symptoms, build mindfulness skills, and develop approaches that support your well-being and what truly matters to you.
