As a qualified CPD accredited Executive Menopause Coach, Claire supports women on an individual basis with my one-to-one coaching sessions and also take my menopause presentations and workshops into organisations and businesses, educating both women and men.
Menopause can often be a new beginning in many women’s lives, with lots of empowering experiences and a new found confidence for adventure but for lots of women it can be an incredibly difficult time and a very unhappy period in their lives.
Whatever your experience, it is important that you are receiving the best possible advice, support and care!
Claire provides unbiased information, advice, tips and ideas to help you transition smoothly and knowledgeably through your Menopause, which is completely individual and unique to you!
Menopause is a topic very close to her heart, after losing 10 years of her life to undiagnosed menopausal joint pain. Claire's aim is to share the wealth of knowledge and expertise she has, so that women have a much smoother menopause journey and are educated properly, enabling them to make their own informed choices.
