Stay grounded through the seasons with this series of menopause yoga sessions, created for you with LOVE by Anna Gregory and Bonita Genaris.
Allow a gentle transition from one season to the next, with a guided movement practice, led by Bonita, Hobart's first accredited Menopause Yoga™ teacher. This is followed by a symptom specific yoga nidra, where Anna invites the nervous system to respond intuitively and let go, moving into deep, nourishing rest.
This practice is designed for those experiencing perimenopausal, menopausal or post-menopausal symptoms, and is accessible to any level of yoga. Those new to yoga will find safety to experiment without expectations. Those with yoga experience are invited to allow the WHOLE body to respond to prompts to move and rest deeply.
