Dr. Kate Dwyer is a registered dietitian and Doctor of Clinical Nutrition who specializes in women’s health and menopause nutrition. Combining evidence-based science with a whole-person approach, she helps women navigate the menopause transition with practical strategies to support energy, mood, sleep, and overall well-being.
Host Lisa Witler is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, Senior Fitness Trainer, and Functional Aging Specialist, helping clients feel fit, functional, and fabulous. With creds in Strength Training Past 60, Partnered Training for Seniors, and more, she’s also a Certified Kickass Trainer.
