Welcome to the Menopause "Walk and Talk" Cafe
Come join us for a nice morning walk around Eliburn Reservoir on Sunday, Nov 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM GMT. This event is a great opportunity to connect with others going through the menopause journey while enjoying some fresh air and good company.
We will meet at the Car Park at Eliburn Park which is next to Livingston FC Community Club and where the football pitches are situated.
Grab your travel mugs with your coffee or tea. The weather is changeable this time of year so best to wear a warm jacket and suitable footwear as it might be a bit muddy.
The MC is open to everyone, whether you want to share your experiences, ask questions, or simply enjoy a leisurely walk. Let's walk, talk, and support each other through this important phase of life.
