Three hours for you to come, receive & experience a gentle somatic womb practice, water ritual where we will make an aromatic floral water, guided yoga nidra, and intimate soundbath. All held around the theme of water ~ the element of the menopause years.
There will be warming drinks, cake & a self care box of selected treats for you to take home.
You will feel rested, held, energised & seen as we reclaim this rite of passage.
