Welcome to MenoGlow Flow – Qigong for Perimenopause & Menopause! Join us at River’s Edge Healing Arts for an evening of rejuvenation and hormone harmony. This weekly class guides you through gentle Qigong movements specifically designed to:
- Soothe hot flashes & night sweats with calming, breath-centered meditations
- Stabilize mood & clear brain fog through slow, mindful flows
- Boost natural energy and resilience via low-impact movement
- Enhance sleep quality by activating key energy pathways
- Connect with a supportive community of women navigating this transition
Each 60-minute session is led by Katrina Dill, Master Medical Qigong Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach, who will share TCM-rooted techniques to help you cultivate inner harmony and lasting well-being.
