A small craft distillery born of tradition and old world practices stretching back generations, Mendocino Spirits presents unforgettable handcrafted excellence in every bottle. Their bourbons, ryes, and gin build on years of experience to create a spirit that fills the palate with the warmth, love and passion distilled into every barrel.
Presenting this tasting is distillery president and senior distiller Crispin Cain. As senior distiller Crispin oversees all aspects of production of Low Gap Whiskey, Russell Henry Gin and many other fine spirits, with techniques drawing on his long and storied career in distillation.

More about Mendocino Spirits Distillery:
Tamar Distillery Inc./ Mendocino Spirits was founded in 2008, where they make Low Gap Whiskey, Russell Henry Gins, Fluid Dynamics Cocktails, and DSP 162 Vodkas. The distillery uses ancient methods learned during a lengthy apprenticeship with a brandy master from Cognac. Distillery president and Senior Distiller Crispin Cain applies the old double distillation method used in Cognac for over 500 years to make Low Gap Whiskey, and all of Mendocino Spirits products. This allows him to select only the heart of the spirit to save for aging, blending, and drinking, lending a particularly high quality to the finished products.
