For tender hearts: a 4-evening experiential series using different practices each night. Come once or for the full journey. All welcome.
About this Event

Heartbreak doesn’t live in stories. It arrives through loss, endings, betrayals, unspoken grief, or simply the slow ache of carrying too much for too long. It lives in the chest, the breath, the quiet places we tighten without realizing.

Mending the Heart is a four-evening experiential series for those carrying emotional pain — whether recent or long held.

Throughout the series, you are gently invited inward — into sensation, breath, and presence — to feel safely, reconnect with your heart, and meet yourself with compassion.

Tears may come. So may stillness. Both are welcome. You are never asked to explain or perform your pain.

Each evening is carefully guided and offers a different doorway into healing through reflective Writing, Meditation and inner attunement, conscious Breathwork, Grounding practices, supportive Music and Frequencies, gentle Self-love Practices, and Crystal allies for heart healing and emotional stability.

** Come to one evening or all four. Everyone is welcomed (be above 16 years old.**

Over four evenings, the work unfolds slowly, allowing trust to build and the nervous system to soften — supporting release without overwhelm, and reconnection without force.
