Mending Mama Group 3: Emotional Enemies.

This event is open for women who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss. This will be Group 3 of the Mending Mama curriculum. During this meeting we will come together in a time of fellowship and continue our journey of healing together.
This week we will explore triggers in relation to grief and loss and develop strategies to combat negative thoughts. We will discuss the story's of Leah and Rachel in the bible and explore ways to overcome the battle of our minds.
We will then apply this lesson to our own healing journey. Participants will also go home with a guided journal to continue the teachings until our next meeting.
