Mending heARTS is a gentle, supportive space for those who are grieving to come together in connection and remembrance.Grief can feel isolating, and spaces where we are allowed to remember, feel, and be witnessed matter. In this circle, we gather to support one another—to grieve, to create, and to simply be where we are.
Each gathering will include a simple, intentional creative activity designed to honor your personal journey, your emotions, and the people or experiences you are holding in your heart.
No art experience is needed—this is about expression, not perfection.
