Hey men do you struggle with your mental health? Do you struggle more in the evenings and at weekends? Do you dread being alone with your thoughts when the evening draws in?Well We are continuing to run our men only session with the support of Mind Brighton and Hove, as part of a positive initiative promoting men's mental health
We will be providing an evening walk and talk session for men on a Sunday evening from 9pm on the last sunday of every month for more details check out the events page.
