Somaterra is opening a small men’s beginner Hatha yoga group for those who’ve been curious about yoga but haven’t quite taken the step yet. This 6-week practice is designed to be grounded, welcoming, and approachable, a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, stretch, breathe, and learn the foundations in a relaxed environment.
Beginning May 30th, with classes held Saturdays at midday. Full details are on the flyer.
Numbers will be kept small, with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 men, to keep the space supportive, personal, and comfortable for everyone involved.
