ALWAYS FREE WEEKLY MEN'S WALKOur social walk is every Thursday at 5.15pm. We meet at 5pm under the “Tree of Knowledge” at Ululah Park where Albert St meets Cheapside St (just near the netball courts) for a circuit of the Ululah Lagoon, Anzac Park & the M’boro Golf Course.
This is a group for men to walk, and talk if they want, to improve their health both physically and mentally.
Walking can improve your mood and your mind, not to mention your health.
Walk with mates, talk with mates - in confidence - what’s said on the walk, stays on the walk.
As we walk & talk, we become mentors to each other; we form a fellowship that continues to grow & build upon itself.
No preaching, no cost, no obligations, no commitments, no judgement, just walk and talk.
